PRE-SEASON TACKLE FOOTBALL

Preseason practices are typically held Monday - Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:30pm for 4 weeks prior to the official start of the season.  Because we are new to the Northeast Junior High Football League, we will be allowed to start our season a week earlier (5 weeks before the first game). This involves athlete conditioning, progressively moving towards practices in full equipment with full-contact drills in a manner that maximizes the safety of the athlete.

REGULAR SEASON TACKLE FOOTBALL

The Regular Season runs for 8 weeks, not including playoffs and championship games.

Regular Season practice is 2 nights a week (typically Tuesday/Thursday) from 6:00pm to 8:30pm.  Teams also will have individually scheduled walk-throughs on Saturdays.

Games are held on Sundays, with times varying by team and game location.

NPF OFFERS THE BEST HELMETS FOR YOUR ATHLETE

Nashua PAL Force is proud to offer the best head protection with Riddell SpeedFllex helmets for our football players. This football helmet features a Flex System that is designed to reduce the amount of force transferred to the player's head. With the Flexliner, the interior of this youth football helmet conforms to the player's head offering a comfortable and stable feel. For easy access to the athlete, the All-Points Quick ReleaseTM allows the face mask to disengage with a press of the button. The same helmets are used by the NFL.

Every two years our helmets are reconditioned and certified. We are currently going through our second reconditioning process and they will return just like new. Check out the process here

NASHUA PAL FORCE FLAG FOOTBALL

Welcome to the Nashua PAL FORCE FLAG FOOTBALL program. Flag football is for both boys and girls, and our program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact action while learning lessons in teamwork. The program is designed to educate young people about football, while emphasizing participation and sportsmanship. Players learn skills and lessons that help them succeed both on and off the field.

Athletes ages 5 to 7 will be introduced to the football basics in a non-contact environment.  The players focus on learning and developing all the basic fundamental skills for playing football including: running, passing, receiving, how to read and understand scripted plays, lining up in formation and position-based teamwork.

We start by building our foundation with our returning veterans from our past season and increase our competitiveness by gaining some new recruits for the upcoming season.  The NPF FLAG FOOTBALL Program has been a tremendous success and is a great way to introduce your child to football.

NASHUA PAL JOINS NORTHEAST JUNIOR HIGH FOOTBALL LEAGUE

We are so excited to announce a big change for our football program!

As of Monday, December 11th, Nashua PAL Football has joined the Northeast Junior High Football League.

Joining this league will eliminate byes from our schedules, allow athletes a greater opportunity to play, and puts our football program in a program made up of other football coaches with the same goals- player development and opportunity.

Another big change as a result is that we will now be drawing new football players  from the Nashua South district. While we have historically been a feeder program for Nashua North, we are excited for this new opportunity to provide an exceptional football program to the youth of South Nashua while continuing to serve our veteran families.

Any current families in our league who either live in the Nashua North district or are playing on a waiver from another town will be able to continue to play with us indefinitely.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to President Kalin Carroll, Football Director Chris Toupin or Senior Head Coach Ben Desfosses
