We are thrilled to announce the launch of Nashua PAL's independent cheer program, designed to revolutionize the cheerleading experience for your child. We believe in fostering athlete development, honing skills, and cultivating a passion for cheer without the constraints imposed by national rules and regulations.
At Nashua PAL, we understand that each athlete is unique, with their own strengths and areas for growth. That's why our program focuses on individualized attention and skill development, helping each participant reach their full potential in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Unlike traditional cheer programs bound by rigid national guidelines, Nashua PAL's independent cheer program offers flexibility in scheduling and training. Say goodbye to forced start/stop dates and time limits on practices – we believe in allowing our athletes to progress at their own pace, ensuring they have the time and resources needed to master their craft.
But that's not all. We're committed to providing a comprehensive cheerleading experience that goes beyond the competition floor. Our program will not only compete in local competitions but also expand to include regional and more competitive national-type competitions, all without the mandatory hotel stays that often burden families.
Our goal is to provide athletes with a well-rounded experience that fosters personal growth, teamwork, and a lifelong love for cheerleading. From tumbling classes to stunting workshops, our curriculum is designed to challenge and inspire our athletes while instilling confidence and discipline.
Join us at Nashua PAL's independent cheer program and discover the difference a supportive and inclusive environment can make in your child's athletic journey. Together, let's cheer for success, on and off the mat!

Dear Force Cheerleading Community,
We are excited to announce that Nashua PAL Force cheerleading will be making a change for the 2024 season. We have decided to step away from the New Hampshire Football & Spirit Conference and their board of directors and become an independent cheer organization. There were several factors that lead to this decision including the athlete and coach experience over the past few seasons and the benefits of restructuring our program to one that puts more focus on the athlete, coaching, and family experience.
Independent cheer programs allow for greater flexibility and creativity in program design. Independent cheerleading programs are not bound by the standardized structure and guidelines imposed by a larger organization, enabling us to tailor our approach to the specific needs and goals of our athletes. This flexibility is particularly beneficial in promoting inclusivity and accommodating diverse skill levels, ensuring that every participant feels valued and challenged. These programs often foster a stronger sense of community and connection among participants. Without the constraints of a centralized organization, our program can develop our own unique culture and traditions, creating a more tight-knit and supportive environment.
We will have the freedom to explore diverse competition opportunities beyond the scope of NHYFSC. This variety in competition experiences not only enriches the cheerleading journey for participants but also exposes them to different styles, techniques, and perspectives, contributing to a more well-rounded and adaptable skill set.
While Nashua PAL Force will still have a football program, the cheerleading program will no longer be mandated to cheer at games. We will also be able to offer a more flexible and ongoing practice schedule rather than trying to cram all assessments, skills, development, and choreography into four nights a week for four weeks in August. We will still offer low cost as well as stunting clinics, tumbling classes and access to cheerleading camps.
We realize this may seem like a big change, and we can confidently assure you that it is a positive one! If you have any questions, please reach out to Spirit Director Bailey Stevens or me at any time and we will be more than happy to answer them.
Sincerely,
Kalin Carroll
Nashua PAL Force President
