Nashua PAL Storm offers a safe and dynamic Football and Spirit Program for youth ages 3–14, giving every child the chance to learn, grow, and compete in a positive, family-focused environment.

We’re proud to provide programs that encourage teamwork, leadership, and confidence whether your child is scoring touchdowns or performing on the sidelines & competitions! The Nashua PAL Storm program has earned over 100 State, Regional, and National championship titles in the past 19 years.

Programs We Offer

• Cheer: Ages 3–14, From learning basic motions to mastering routines, our cheerleaders build spirit, strength, and friendships that last.
• Flag Football: Ages 3–7, A fun, safe introduction to football that focuses on fundamentals and teamwork.
• Tackle Football: Grades 2–8, Designed to teach the game the right way, our tackle football program emphasizes safety, skill development, and sportsmanship. Players learn proper techniques, build strength and confidence, and gain a deeper understanding of the game all while having fun and being part of a supportive team.
