Welcome to Nashua PAL Force!

We are glad you're here! If you live in the Nashua North school district or in a town that does not provide an AYF or AYC program, you are in the right place!

Who are we?

Nashua PAL Force  Football & Spirit is a nonprofit football and spirit organization, with a volunteer board of directors and volunteer football and cheer coaches who, under the umbrella of Nashua PAL, continue PAL's mission to provide safe, healthy and competitive sport programs to the youth of Nashua.
NPF has been delivering a quality, safe, and competitive football and cheer program to the youth of north Nashua since 2004. We are committed to providing the greatest number of youth with the highest level of competition for both football and cheer.

What do we do?

Nashua PAL Force provides a comprehensive program to develop fundamental football and cheer skills.  It is our mission to provide a positive introduction or continued experience for all of our athletes.   We believe that participation in our program will be an experience that enriches players by building character and discipline, instilling respect and community, and reinforcing positive self-image, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Who can participate?

Our program is open to any athlete residing in the North Nashua school district or any athlete whose hometown does not provide an AYF (American Youth Football) or AYC (American Youth Cheer) program. We have football teams for any athletes ages 5-13 and cheer teams for athletes ages 5-14.

Let's Go Force!

THE IMPORTANCE OF 8U INSTRUCTIONAL TACKLE FOOTBALL

The American Youth Football instructional 8U tackle football program Nashua PAL Force is providing plays a critical role in the development of young football players. This program is specifically designed for athletes' introduction to tackle football to provide them with a safe and supportive environment to learn the fundamentals of the sport. Rather than coaching from the sideline, 8U rules allows coaches on the field to help support athletes and make quick adjustments to ensure their confidence and safety. They get real time direction from their coaches during their game to confirm and reiterate the new skills they are developing.

We strongly believe in the importance of instructional tackle football which focuses on teaching young players the proper techniques and skills needed to play tackle football safely while emphasizing the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and character development. Through this program, young athletes learn the basics of tackling, blocking, and other essential skills, as well as the importance of respect, responsibility, and fair play both on and off the field, that will serve as a foundation for their future football careers.

NPF's 8U tackle program will provide young players with a positive and supportive environment in which to learn and grow. Players are encouraged to work hard, to support one another, and to enjoy the game of football. This positive experience can have a lasting impact on young athletes, helping to build confidence, self-esteem, and a love for the sport.

NPF OFFERS THE BEST HELMETS FOR YOUR ATHLETE

Nashua PAL Force is proud to offer the best head protection with Riddell SpeedFllex helmets for our football players. This football helmet features a Flex System that is designed to reduce the amount of force transferred to the player's head. With the Flexliner, the interior of this youth football helmet conforms to the player's head offering a comfortable and stable feel. For easy access to the athlete, the All-Points Quick ReleaseTM allows the face mask to disengage with a press of the button. The same helmets are used by the NFL.

Every two years our helmets are reconditioned and certified. We are currently going through our second reconditioning process and they will return just like new. Check out the process here
